Shahjahanabad Redevelopment Corporation 
Shahjahanabad Redevelopment Corporation (SRDC) with its intention to promote the conservation of Heritage Sites of Delhi by spreading the awareness amongst the citizens, successfully participated in ‘5th Meri Dilli Utsav’ exhibition held at Punjabi Bagh Stadium from 22nd October to 24th October, 2010.
‘Meri Dilli Utsav’ is a prestigious annual event organized by NNS Media Group to provide platform for Government and Private Entities to exhibit their products, services and achievements.
SRDC along with other Government Departments of GNCTD participated in the exhibition. The objective was to promote the awareness about the heritage sites of Delhi as well as to generate the lead for the new initiative of the Corporation – ‘Heritage Walk’.
SRDC carefully planned the display inside the stall to ensure that the objective of the Corporation is properly conveyed to the visitors. The photo gallery inside the stall attracted majority of the visitors coming for the Exhibition. Everyone visiting the stall was briefed on the activities and was also encouraged to register for the heritage walk being conducted by the Corporation.
Hon’ble Labour Minister, Government of NCT of Delhi, Shri Mangat Ram Singhal has also visited stall and appreciated he conservation efforts being done by SRDC.
SRDC also won 1st Prize in the “best exhibitor” category
